Mary House
Mary House is a housing and support services program for immigrant and refugee families in crisis. Family advocates work one on one with families living at Mary House, providing support while ensuring access to legal, education, and health services. Members must be fluent in conversational Spanish. There are three positions at Mary House available each service year. AmeriCorps members also focus on a specific area, either coordinating food/clothing programs, managing communications, and/or organizing after school programming and summer camp.
