CentroNia CentroNía, a nationally recognized, award-winning educational organization provides affordable, quality early childhood education; professional development to educators; and family support services in a bilingual and multicultural environment to more than 2,400 low-income children and families. Members assist with the Out of School Day Programming at CentroNia, including facilitation and lesson planning for Studio R.O.C.K.S. (Reading, Outdoors, Creativity, Knowledge, S.T.E.A.M.) offers before and after school programming as well as all day programs during winter, spring, and summer breaks for children from kindergarten (age 5) to middle school (age 12). The goal at Studio R.O.C.K.S. is to provide students with meaningful and impactful programming focusing on academic enrichment self-discovery, and creative exploration – all in a bilingual, multicultural setting.
