“I Have A Dream” Foundation of Boulder County
“I Have A Dream” (IHDF) is an economic empowerment program, whose aim is to prevent high-school dropout and engage low-income students for post-secondary success through a long-term, whole-child approach to access education. NDA members support IHDF’s work in the following ways:
- Program Site Member: The Program Site NDA members support the services that IHDF offers to the participating youth (Dreamer Scholars) and their families. IHDF is serving hundreds of Dreamer Scholars in the 1st through 12th grades and Dreamer Scholars pursuing post-secondary education.
- Pre-Collegiate Member: The Pre-Collegiate NDA members support high school and college Dreamer Scholars exploring post-secondary options, including college and careers. Members will offer transitionary support for high school senior Dreamer Scholars and wholistic support for current college students.
- Volunteer Coordinators: Three NDA Volunteer Coordinators assist the Director of Volunteers and Volunteer Manager. They support over 800 volunteers and mentors, lead tutor workshops, and assist in planning events.
